How Barsana Dham Was Established

The Unequaled Graciousness of
Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj and Barsana Dham

A descended Divine personality who is the Jagadguru, is naturally believed to be the spiritual Master for the whole world and his Divine greatness is recognized with the kind and class of the Divine Bliss that he reveals. Our previous four Jagadgurus (Nimbarkacharya, Shankaracharya, Ramanujacharya and Madhvacharya) propagated the devotion of bhakti to the personal form of God (Radha Krishn, Krishn, Ram and Vishnu) and revealed the specific Divine Blissfulness of that Form. The field of their propagation, however, was limited to Bharatvarsh (India). Maybe there was not much need to go across the ocean for propagation during those times.

His Divine Excellency Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj is the ‘Descension’ of Radha Krishn love (Bhakti-yog-rasavatar) and the supreme acharya of this age. To extend his Gracious benevolence upon all the souls of the world, he manifested his special Grace in the form of Barsana Dham in Austin, Texas, USA.

The braj ras which Shree Chaitanya Mahaprabhuji distributed, Shree Maharajji is giving the same braj ras, but more liberally and in a much sweeter and magnified form along with the revelation of extensive devotional material for all kinds and classes of devotees of Radha Krishn. Such a manifestation of Graciousness was never seen in the Divine history, and that’s what gives him the supremacy upon other Jagadgurus and the acharyas.

After the creation of Barsana Dham, the Deity of Shree Raseshwari Radha Rani was established in the Temple shrine which represents the supreme Bliss of the leelas of Radha Krishn of Divine Vrindaban. During the Deity Establishment Ceremony (Sharat Poornima, 1995), the guest mahatmas, devotees and visitors, whoever had the darshan of Shree Raseshwari Radha Rani, had such a devotional experience that surpassed all of their expectations. It was something so great in their lives that was beyond words to explain.
